In light of the COVID-19 outbreak, we wanted to inform our customers that we will be closely observing all protocols advised by not only the Australian Government but also the World Health Organisation.
The well-being of our customers and staff is of absolute priority, and we would like to assure you that health and safety has our complete attention.
All of our employees are fully updated on the current requirements and we have implemented policies to ensure that the highest possible hygiene standards are maintained throughout every aspect of our daily work, particularly when our glaziers visiting customers’ homes and businesses.
Any members of staff returning from abroad – or those who have family members or housemates recently returned from abroad – have automatically been asked to self-quarantine for fourteen days.
This has been the case across the company for some weeks now.
To protect our tradesman, office staff and their families for each new booking we will be asking our customers before we arrive at the premises
- Have they returned from overseas in the last two weeks and are self-isolation?
- Have you been exposed to anyone that has shown symptoms or has a confirmed case of Covid-19
- Are you currently waiting on test results or under quarantine for Covid-19?
It is of vital importance that our customers answer these questions honestly and to their best of their knowledge for us to be in a position to ensure that all procedures are in place to support the health and well-being of our customers and staff.
We will be following developments on a daily basis with intense scrutiny.
